In the unlikely event of damage to your property, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Any claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation.

Customers are responsible for securing parking permits if required, ensuring adequate access to both the departure and destination locations, and notifying us of any restrictions that may affect the cleanup process.
